A new suite of services from Sander Computer Services

Sander Computer Services is rolling out a new service that will proactively care for your computers. We are offering Managed Computer Services free for the first month as a trial to our existing customers.
Let us monitor, maintain and support your computers.
Managed Computer Services has two tiers of services – all handled by a small piece of software behind the scenes. You will not be troubled in any way.
Tier 1: Basic Monitoring & Maintenance ($15 per month)
Daily Security Checks – We will check security related elements of your computer to make sure everything is as it should be.
Hourly Health Checks – Hourly checks will give us a good picture of the health of your computer.
Patching and updating. We will install patches and updates to the operating system (Windows and Mac). We will also patch third party software such as Adobe Reader, Flash and Java. These are programs that many of us use and are heavily targeted by malware writers.
Windows services monitoring.
Basic hard drive health monitoring.
Tier 2: Advanced Security ($20 per month)
ALL COMPONENTS OF TIER 1 ARE INCLUDED
Managed Antivirus – We will install and maintain professional grade antivirus software. We will ensure that it is up to date. If it detects an infection we will take care of it. If a computer managed by Sander Computer Services – Advanced Security does get an infection we will clean it free of charge.
Web Security – We will block known bad websites from infecting your computers.
Add Carbonite online backup to either of those tiers and you have a computer that you don’t need to worry about. We are a Carbonite Online Backup partner and many of our customers are already protected. Carbonite is a separate, yearly charge.
